Development & Sample Submission Procedure

RFQ Handling & Development

    Receive RFQ

    Request for Quotation, part drawing, samples or ECN from customer.

    Feasibility Study

    If not feasible, inform the customer by mail. If feasible, proceed.

    CFT / Technical Review

    Arrange a cross-functional team review to clarify customer requirements.

    Forging Drawing

    Prepare the forging drawing in 2D / 3D.

  5. 5
    Simulation

    Load calculation, material flow and weight calculation.

    Cost Estimation

    Provide quotation to the customer.

    Receive PO

    Purchase Order received from customer.

    Prepare Sample Submission

    Begin preparing the sample submission to customer.

    Prepare die design, raw material arrangement & die rough machining.

    Send for hardening, complete die final machining and make die assembly.

    Forming / Trimming / Piercing / Coining.

    Inspection & Correction

    Dimensional and grain-flow inspection, followed by normalising / shot blasting.

    Submit OK sample to customer with inspection report; review past problem/defect history.

    Await sample approval, then start initial production control.

State of the Art

Our Manufacturing Facility

Hot Forging Unit

Currently capable of forging components weighing up to 2 kg, with strategic plans to expand capacity to accommodate components up to 5 kg — meeting evolving industry demands.

Cold Forging Unit

High-speed boltmakers handling diameters up to 32 mm and lengths up to 300 mm, with a rolling section equipped for operations up to M18 specifications.

Cold Forming Unit

Nine hydraulic presses from 150 to 500 tons, handling diameters of 50 mm and lengths of 400 mm — including the capability to form tubular components.

Heat Treatment Unit

Continuous furnace capacity of 10 tons/day with pre-wash and post-wash, plus a 90-ton normalizing furnace and shot blasting facility.
